  In 1988, its predecessor "Kaiyuan Permanent Magnetism Co., Ltd." was founded and produced the first of sintering NdFeB magnepresses and the fist of NdFeB isostatic presses in China .
  In 1996, "Kaiyuan Permanent Magnetic Co., Ltd." changed its name into "Shanxi Golden Kaiyuan Co., Ltd."
